About these Terms
These Terms of Service set out the rules and conditions that apply to your access to and use of Riverton.
Riverton provides a shared workspace where businesses and their clients can organize and manage client work. These Terms apply to your use of the Service and should be read together with any other terms or policies that apply to your use of Riverton.
By accessing or using Riverton, you agree to these Terms where applicable. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Service.

The following terms are used throughout these Terms of Service.
Riverton
Riverton refers to the Riverton service and the company providing that service.
Service
The Riverton Client Portal and associated services made available through Riverton.
Account
The account used by an authorized user to access the Service.
Workspace
A shared environment used by businesses and their clients to organize and manage client work.
Client
A person or organization invited to participate in a Workspace.
Team Member
An authorized person associated with a business or organization who has access to a Workspace.
Content
Information, files, documents, messages, tasks, approvals, and other material submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided through the Service.
Subscription
The applicable plan or subscription through which access to paid aspects of the Service may be provided.
1. Eligibility and Account Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to use Riverton and that information associated with your account is accurate and current.
Account responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Use the Service only for authorized purposes.
- Take reasonable steps to protect access to your account.
- Ensure that activity performed through your account is authorized.
2. Use of the Service
Riverton is intended to provide a shared workspace for businesses and their clients. You must use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may use Riverton for legitimate business and client-work activities that are permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
Prohibited use
You must not use Riverton to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Gain unauthorized access to accounts, Workspaces, or systems.
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
- Use the Service in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
3. Workspaces, Clients, and User Content
Riverton provides shared Workspaces where businesses, Team Members, and Clients may participate in client work.
Content responsibility
Users are responsible for the Content they submit, upload, share, or otherwise make available through the Service.
Workspace access and permissions should be managed according to the responsibilities applicable to each user.
4. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments
Where Riverton provides paid subscriptions, the applicable pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment terms apply to the relevant subscription.
Applicable subscription terms form part of the agreement governing use of the relevant paid Service.
5. Intellectual Property
Riverton, its software, service design, branding, trademarks, and other materials associated with the Service are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Riverton intellectual property
These Terms do not grant you ownership of Riverton’s intellectual property. Your right to use the Service is limited to the rights expressly provided under these Terms.
User and customer Content
You retain the rights you have in Content that you provide through the Service, subject to the rights and permissions necessary for Riverton to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Riverton may interact with third-party services where those services are made available as part of the Service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, limitations on liability arising from or relating to the Service apply as provided in these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to the Service are subject to the applicable governing law and dispute-resolution provisions.

Riverton may update these Terms from time to time. When the Terms are updated, the revised version will include an updated effective date or last-updated date.
Your continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective is subject to the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
